Prepare for 2024 staff performance plans

As we near completion of the 2023 staff annual performance evaluations and faculty activity reviews, it is time to start preparing for 2024.

The 2024 staff performance plans will soon be launching once 2023 reviews are complete. To be prepared, employees should review position descriptions now to ensure their current job duties are reflected in the new performance cycle launch. If descriptions are out of date, supervisors and employees should work with their HR representative to update. Position descriptions need to be approved two weeks before the new performance plan launch, which will be on or around Nov. 1.

In addition, employees should make sure their supervisor is listed correctly in Banner before Oct. 15 by reviewing their profile in PageUp LMS. If the supervisor information is incorrect in Banner, the PageUp PfM system will assign the incorrect supervisor at launch. If a supervisor is not identified in Banner, the performance cycle will not launch for the employee.
