Care.com specialists provide parenting support

In addition to the many other services they provide, Care.com’s care specialists can provide 24/7 guidance for you throughout your parenting journey, from pregnancy to teens.
Among the services trained care specialists can assist with are:
- Pregnancy and postnatal support: childbirth classes; doulas and midwives; doctors, hospitals and facilities; new parent groups; infant CPR; breastfeeding
- Child caregivers: nannies, babysitters, care shares, daycare facilities, au pairs
- Parenting support, from infants to teens: providers, services, and resources
- Special needs: resources, services, and support
- Resources for school-aged children: summer care, before- and after-school care, activities
- Education, from pre-K to graduate school: tutoring, financial aid
Care specialists include former teachers, nannies, autism specialists, and more. All specialists have, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree and an average of 6.5 years of experience in their field.
Submit your request online, through the Care.com app or by calling 866-814-1638. Under “Connect with a Care Specialist,” select “Parenting” to request assistance from a care specialist. You will then be matched with a care specialist who will help you with the guidance and support you need.
