The TRAIL program — Transformational Allies for Inclusive Leadership — invites administrative and professional faculty at the director level or above to join the 2023-24 cohort.
The TRAIL program is organized around the practices of stepping up — to do the personal work of critical self-reflection, stepping back — to learn from research on inclusive practices, and stepping forward — to take back to their units the best practices for an inclusive academy. The TRAIL cohort meets monthly during the academic year.
