Hokie Wellness invites employees to attend a virtual program, “The Six Dimensions of Well-being: A Whole Person Approach to Nourishing Your Health,” to learn more about the six dimensions of well-being and how to intentionally incorporate each into daily life.

The program will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 25, from 12-1 p.m. via Zoom. Registration is required. Live closed-captioning services will be provided. Attendees will have the opportunity to assess ways in which they are currently tending to each dimension as well as identify areas for improvement with clear tips and action steps.

Well-being is the full integration of emotional health, financial security, community connections, purpose, physical health, and social well-being. These six intricately connected categories influence and balance one another to create a holistic sense of wellness and fulfillment in our lives.

If you are an individual with a disability and desire an accommodation, please contact Lauren Shelor at 540-231-5142 or email lauren44@vt.edu at least seven business days prior to the event.
