This semester long event wrapped up by the Department of Computer Science in the College of Engineering at Virginia Tech, had students create an application that would benefit the Hokie community. Using Blockchain and the EOSIO software provided by Block.one, five teams built applications that tackled student attendance along with an alternative to Hokie Passport.
