Virginia Tech’s Ethics Bowl club takes the classic family arguments at the dinner table and turns them into purposeful conversation.

The club meets weekly to dissect real-world issues and students challenge themselves to see all sides of an argument. The open-forum style allows students from different backgrounds to share their opinion and collaboratively discuss the ethics in modern day problems.

The organization primarily includes philosophy and political science students but has representation from all college academic areas.

It is part of the Intercollegiate Ethics Bowl, which hosts a national competition every year, representing the top ethics bowl competitors across the country.

Every year, Virginia Tech also hosts its own Ethics Bowl competition on campus.
