Matthew “Scottie” Graham, utilities distribution specialist in the Division of Facilities, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 10. Graham was 54 years old. 

Graham was born in Radford on July 8, 1971. He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Ellen Jones Graham, and brother, Timothy Graham. He was devoted to his family as a husband, father, and grandfather (Paw Paw Scoot). Graham was a very avid outdoorsman and he loved being in the woods, especially with his family. He was always there to lend a hand to whoever needed it. 

He is survived by his wife, Donna C. Graham; father, Harry Kawood Graham; son and daughter-in-law Lucas and Deidre Graham; grandchildren Bryson Jennings Graham and Skyler Nicole Graham; sister, Tina Graham Carroll; brothers and sister-in-law Ford Graham (Pam) and Michael Graham; numerous other family members; and special friends Shaun Duncan and Rex Shelor.
