Board of Visitors members to attend orientation session in Richmond
The State Council of Higher Education for Virginia is holding a two-day orientation Nov. 12-13, 2025, for new members of the Commonwealth of Virginia’s boards of visitors.
Because at least three members of the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors are attending, the Virginia Freedom of Information Act requires that notice of a meeting of the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors be given.
The meeting will be held in the Blue Ridge Ballroom of the Westin Hotel, 6631 W. Broad St., Richmond. Information about the meeting is available online.
No discussion related specifically to Virginia Tech is anticipated. This meeting is open to the public; however, public comment will not be received by the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors.
