In memoriam: Jeffrey Dallas Dowdy, Division of Facilities

Jeffrey Dallas Dowdy, custodial services worker in the Division of Facilities, passed away on Aug. 11. Dowdy was born on Oct. 17, 1967.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Dowdy; stepchildren John H. Karr IV (John Reeder), and Christy Fulton (Greg); grandchildren Preston Topham, Raymond Fulton, and Lucas Fulton; and special niece, Tonya Harris.
