The Virginia Tech Police Department has taken three reports of an individual filming female students, in a state of undress, without their consent. All three incidents happened in Slusher Hall (201 Ag Quad Lane). The first occurred in the evening hours of May 3, 2025, and the last occurred on the evening hours of May 13, 2025. The offender is unknown at this time.

As reported, these incidents meet the elements of Unlawful creation of image of another as defined in Virginia Code 18.2-386.1.
