Voting for the Undergraduate Student Senate concluded on March 30. In total, 1,019 votes were cast to elect next year’s leadership. Students elected to the senate are committed to representing the student voice on campus through servant leadership, meaningful advocacy, and the empowerment of the undergraduate student body.

Successful candidates are:

  • Vice president for inclusive and strategic affairs: Miranda Archibald

  • Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine senator: Vacant

*A tie for the senate seat for the College of Natural Resources and Environment will require a runoff election per the Election Rulebook. This election will be available to students enrolled in the college and notice sent when the election is open.

All candidates, including write-in candidates, will be confirmed and take their oath of office on April 22.
