Video: Virginia Tech gives voice to children 'aging out' of foster care
What happens to foster children when they "age out" of foster care? Many have poor life skills, few prospects, and no moral support from family or neighborhood. Some are homeless. A Community Voices event at Virginia Tech gave some foster children and former foster children the opportunity to speak out.
