Crime Alert: Incident in Pritchard Hall
The Virginia Tech Police Department is investigating an incident which occurred in the early morning hours of April 8, on the fourth floor of Pritchard Hall.
At approximately 3:50 a.m., a resident of Pritchard Hall awoke to find an unidentified male in her room, sitting at her computer. The subject left the room when confronted by the resident. No property was reported missing or stolen, and the resident was not harmed during the incident.
The resident reported that the subject was wearing a dark colored baseball hat. She was not able to provide any further descriptors.
Virginia Tech Police request your assistance in identifying the subject. Anyone with information about this case is encouraged to contact Det. R.L. Taylor at (540) 231-8121.

- Lock the doors of your residence and vehicle.
- Do not allow unknown persons into secured areas, including residence halls.
